Yesterday another new guy came to service my house. I asked him to be sure to get the cobwebs down, he may have done that in the back, but missed all of them in the front. I have not been very pleased with the service lately, am considering changing companies after many years with AAI. It was great when the same guy came time after time and asked me about any issues I had. Another thing I don't understand is why August service was skipped due to COVID, there were no skips before and covid's been here for a while now.
