Home Paramount is using the excuse of the coronavirus to do less work inside and out when they come to your home. Employees no longer come into the house which I can understand this part but none of the employees like to go into a crawl space. I have two homes under contract in different states and I have the same problem in both areas. In the first property, the technician had to be called back to do the crawl space. Excuse used it was raining but he was able to spray around the outside of the house. Second property...technician saw several mice had died in the crawl space so "threw a handful of chemicals" under the house. He did not feel it was necessary to fill the mice trap boxes in the crawl space due to seeing the dead mice! Isn't this the reason for the trap boxes? I received No notification at either house the technician was coming. Tech just showed up. Last year at both properties, the more the technicians came the more mice I had. I had to request the technicians to come in between regular service quarters. I later found out the techs were not using any chemicals in the bait boxes nor going into the crawlspaces! I would rate the service below average if there was a star.

The owner of the company has not reduced any pricing of the contracts even though the technicians are using less chemicals by not coming into your house and throwing chemicals into a crawl space vs filling the trap boxes. I have had this company for years and the service over the past two years has greatly diminished.

Home Paramount has no quality program for their technicians working out in the field. The company relies on the technician doing his job. I believe a company of this size does need to implement a quality program for their technicians.
