Not really happy with it. We were told that you would get rid of all the rats in our attic and crawlspace. Well they are still there. Not only that we were told you would seal up our house, fill in all holes etc. Not true. Not only that but while sitting in our living room we heard a noise. Our daughter went into the kitchen and pulled out the drawer to the range and found insulation. Moved range out and a big hole was in the wall. Which tells me that they are now inside of the house. I believe we were told that you would set out traps and remove them from the attic before replacing insulation, Nope. You would also remove all rats and nests from crawlspace, Nope. An employee actually came out the day after talking with Mr. Hill to replace the plastic liner from the crawlspace, there were still rats down there. I understood you would put out traps to catch the rats, I'm sorry but I don't think sticky pads will do that. I know there are still rats because our cats bring us a present every few days. It's not assuring when you can sit on your couch or bed and hear them in the attic. When you go to take a shower you can hear them in the wall from under the house. We decided on Terminex because of their reputation. I am still trying to figure out the invoices. I can't believe we paid $10,000.00 for this. And we could have put more down to lower the payments, but didn't get the chance. Like I said, not really happy right now.
