I am sorry you are having so much trouble with the scheduling of your appointment. What you describe is not consistent with our goal of providing unsurpassed quality service at all times. Your feedback is critical to our success. From looking at your account it looks like your initial service was done on 7/25. Then I believe you are saying the service of 8/21 was actually not done .
