From the moment that Jose Ortiz came and gave me the quote, and explained the work i jeeded.I knew that I didn't have to call another company for a second estimate. Dennis was very professional he gave me a courtesy call and he was on time. Dennis explain the procedure and the time that he would be finishing the work. Dennis and his partner did a grate job. I'm very happy with the results of the work done in my house. Thank you to Jose,Dennis and his partner. I don't recall his partners name but I think his name Slone?? I know it's tarts with an S.

Not sure he actually did the treatment as he arrived at 1.57pm, we arrived home at 210 pm. He was in his truck and stayed there 10to15 mins. No more activity seen on our ring doorbell.

I am not pleased with the service I have received so far. Everything I was promised has not happened. The technician who came out to close up all openings did a really poor job, I'd say he is not very good at his job. Then I've had different technicians come out to set traps but it has not been consistent as it was promised to me. I was told that the technician would come to my house every Monday/Wednesday/Friday to set, change or just review. That has not happened.
