I was very satisfied with Hector the agent who came and explained the process of fumigation inside walls. He was very attentive though out the process. James who came out to do the fumigation was excellent. He did a wonderful job and was careful of moving and putting back anything he had to move. I would recommend keeping good employees since that will let the customer recommend the good experience.

From the moment that Jose Ortiz came and gave me the quote, and explained the work i jeeded.I knew that I didn't have to call another company for a second estimate. Dennis was very professional he gave me a courtesy call and he was on time. Dennis explain the procedure and the time that he would be finishing the work. Dennis and his partner did a grate job. I am not pleased with the service I have received so far. Everything I was promised has not happened. The technician who came out to close up all openings did a really poor job, I'd say he is not very good at his job. Then I've had different technicians come out to set traps but it has not been consistent as it was promised to me. I was told that the technician would come to my house every Monday/Wednesday/Friday to set, change or just review. That has not happened.
