Christina was absolutely perfect! She did a thorough inspection and made excellent recommendations. She is by far the best! This was one of the better experiences we have had with a termite inspection. Christina is a perfect 5+ Star!

I have contacted the office via email and phone multiple times about the service that's still missing: spray under crawl space. And although I have been promised to receive a call or email I still have not received any information.

This time around the technician came out and did a good job of spraying Please send me a letter to show to the 40 year contractor that the building was sprayed. bldg 30 829 NE 199th St Miami FL 33179 Christina did a good job also.

Horrible. The guy showed up unannounced at my mother's house about a week ago and did the exterior. He contacted me afterwards. I scheduled a specific date and time for him to come back to do the interior of the residence. He failed to appear. I called Truly Nolen and spoke with someone (I forget his name) who said he would get in touch with the guy and get back to me. He never did. I waited an hour before leaving--which cost me between $300 and $600! I sent an email to the area business manager who responded that he forwarded it to the operations manager. The operations manager never contacted me. So I left a voicemail message for the operations manager. He still hasn't gotten in touch with me. I paid more than $500 for the year and believe that I've been defrauded and am thinking about taking legal action.

Truly Nolen Pest & Termite control is a very good company. The person in charge explained to us the company proceeding to eliminate the problem, termites, roaches, etc. how often they would have to come, the warranties of their work, etc... We were very happy with their services.

This is really a bad company,
They charged my bank twice for the payment and it was necessary to me called several times to received my money back; obviously, someone isn’t doing its job.
I'm still waiting for them to come and fill the holes in the ceiling, even though I already paid for this service and the worst thing is that I made the mistake of paying for a year of service to a company that is not serious and much less responsible. The technicians do not do their job well except for a young man named Bamba.......PEOPLE HAD ALREADY TOLD ME HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS, NOW I UNDERSTAND IT. I WILL GIVE A BAD REFERENCE FIR THIS BAD BAD COMPANY.
If I could I would give them zero stars To this company.

No. After many calls regarding issues with whitefly, there is not only no improvement but I just received an invoice noting I have whitefly issues. I have asked and asked and asked for more applications of chemicals to improve whitefly situation. And even after someone notes 'cust has whitefly issues' on invoice, still nothing. It has destroyed what was once a very plush and beautifully landscaped yard and lot. At this point, I'm not sure what to do other than contact other groups for assistance with the whitefly issues.

Today I had a different technician. He was very good and competent. My only problem is with the company because I never received a call or text to confirm an appointment. I was unaware that someone was coming today . The 5 star rating is for the technician.
