Very disappointing service with no noticeable results

I hired Truly Nolen primarily because of significant rat activity in my garden, especially along the wall and around the barbecue. I paid approximately $1,000 expecting a thorough inspection and an effective control plan. Instead, two technicians walked around the property, placed four boxes outside and identify potential entry points, and left. The rat activity has continued at exactly the same level.

I also purchased treatment for ants, mosquitoes, and spiders, but it was never clearly explained what was actually treated. Inside the house, I only saw one attic trap and a few yellow monitoring cards behind the bathroom sinks. The areas beneath the dishwasher and refrigerators that I specifically pointed out were apparently not treated. I continue to see large ants in the kitchen, spiders throughout the garden, and mosquitoes remain a constant problem.

I understand that no pest-control company can guarantee that pests will never appear again, but I reasonably expected some measurable improvement and a clear explanation of the work performed. So far, neither has happened. I have contacted the company requesting immediate corrective action or a cancellation and refund. At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the value received.
