I have been with Terminix for about 15 yrs in 2 different locations of North Carolina. I have ALWAYS been satisfied with their services! Today, Jeff Moser, Terminix Tech in Wilmington was EXTREMELY thorough! He cleaned all spider webs and especially a large wasp nest on my front porch that I didn"t realize was there. On any given day I go out my garage door. However, when Jeff rang my doorbell to inform me he was here, HE immediately saw it! It was so large and disgusting, I wouldn"t even go out the door.
He not only sprayed it, he took it down. Brave man! He sprayed all around my residence and even asked me if he could spray the inside of my screened in porch. He ensured me what he sprays is NOT harmful to my pet nor to humans! He was an absolute gentleman! Wonderful personality, and as I said in the beginning VERY thorough!!! I highly recommend Wilmington Terminix!
