I’ve been using Russel’s since 2017, they come out every year to check termite traps well this year I had a not so great inspection so I called and talked to the manager who personally came to my home and reassured me the problem would be taken care of and rescheduled for the following week. The day of the inspection Jacob sent me a text saying he would be arriving soon, my husband spoke with him outside and Jacob located traps we didn’t find, he checked all of them and fixed whatever needed to fixed. Because of Spencer and Jacob I will continue to use Russel’s! Thank you so much again!!!
