I can only assume that your people finished the job. No one came and told me if they were done, or still had more to do.

Also, in my den (where I spend most of my time) I believe something (a hole?) was done to my heat duct. The vent blows cool air, not much heat when the furnace is on. Also, this room is generally 6 or 7 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. It was never like this before.
