I have called twice and ask that a receipt of payment for a years service be sent to me by mail. I also requested that a copy of the initial contract be mailed to me as I never received one when I signed up for a years service. I was was told by a representative that I would be contacted by someone in their office about these issues. It has been two weeks now and no reply.
