We had a huge yellow jacket nest in the space under our camper. We sprayed for 3 days when it was safe, but, it was a big nest. Called your company. A very nice young man showed up on time, but he was VERY young (19 years old) and after putting on protection, did the same thing that we already did, and that was all he did. He informed us that we were responsible to remove this huge nest unless we paid more than the already $200. service call. We were not informed about this previously. We were quite disappointed in the extent of the service and will not be calling again if any need comes up.
