We could not be happier with the service provided by Charles McOwen. He removed the bird nesting materials (thankfully no starling babies yet!) and patched up the area they were using to gain entrance. He was on time, friendly, explained what he was going to do and then answered any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for excellent service!
