I found Tim and his team very professional,willing to answer any questions we had,communicated with us the whole time their plan of action and willing to work around a renter we had. We were impressed on how extensive the inspection and how thorough the report was and felt they were very knowledgeable as to what we needed to have done. This was a decision not easy to make during this difficult time,
the size and the expense but we were happy that we were able to get the job done before the end of October. I would recommend this company to anyone.
