Thank you Alternative Pest & Termite Control! Approximately one year ago, my father passed away - with what he’d left, my mom decided to purchase a building near Old Town Cottonwood. My dad was always very handy with tools & worked as an emergency room nurse; formerly assigned as a medic in Vietnam, stationed in Korea. At any rate, my mom & I have noted several afterlife unexplainable experiences. Perhaps one being that we have been guided throughout the entirety of the real estate transaction process & well along into the ownership/management phase of this business venture.
At any rate, Tina at Alternative Pest & Termite Control, has always been courteous over the phone. Both she & Dennis, the man who has come to do the physical spraying, have been accommodating to our needs - under the water meter lid, once housed a black widow. No longer have I seen any black widows, as given the awareness of where they were nesting, the proper/green sprays were used to knock out that population.
The Gateway Green building project has a rather specific Platinum Grade Green standard per its materials & architectural design; founder Rennie Radoccia is the excellent craftsman who put the entire project together. Moreover, we would not trust just anyone to handle its pest extermination - Alternative Pest & Termite Control forwards a detailed report after every monthly visit, and the tenants have ceased calling about any issues relative to ants, roaches, etc. We are very fortunate & pleased with the work which is done on a timely schedule by Alternative Pest & Termite Control - we always receive a report thereafter, too.
