I scheduled indoor and outdoor service and received only the outdoor service. The technician said he knocked to do the inside but I never heard him and I was waiting to let him in so I don’t think he did. When I called about five minutes after he left to get him to come back and do the inside he said he couldn’t come back until next week sometime. This was the second time in a year that I scheduled inside service and had them skip my house or only do the outside.
I shouldn’t have to beg to get a service performed that I pay for. I’m actively looking for new pest control service.
