The gentleman came out promptly and scheduled an appointment for treatment right away and from there it"s been nothing but a headache! The man never showed up to do the treatment on a Friday without any call to let us know. We called the office the following Tuesday and scheduled for treatment between 11-1 on Friday BUT instead of having someone come to do the treatment, the original man was back to do the evaluation!! This is UNACCEPTABLE.
