I have been a customer since 2012. Jim has been my "personal professional" for the entire time. He is friendly and on time. Jim has explained the products used, has taken care of scorpions, and most recently, given instructions on how to rid my yard of an unknown burrowing creature. Most of all, I am impressed with Bill's Home Service policy of "removing, not killing" unwanted pests and critters. Thanks BHSC!!!
