Once the pest control expert arrived, the job was very well handled. When I called ,I was told by the customer service rep that the pest control expert would arrive between 1-4. He did not arrive till well after five due to a glitch at another job. I had to call the company to find out when the pest control expert would arrive. Other than that, the experience seemed to be fine. I am hoping these yellow jackets will die soon. As of today, they are still in the house.
