I had a wonderful experience with the team at Braman. They made me feel like I was the only client they had, even though I know that must be far from the truth. Their expertise was apparent -- and so was their kindness. It was very distressing to discover bedbugs in our home and they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to prepare in such a calm, helpful, kind way. My contact, Joyce, patiently went through a list of a dozen different questions I had for her. The technician, Mark, who came out to give me a quote and do the initial inspection was great and he was ultimately the technician who did our service. He was able to walk through our house and quickly spot anything that needed to be removed for the heat treatment. It made the considerable preparation so much easier and we were less worried about damage to the house. Because of the great direction he gave us during the inspection we were able to start the heat treatment immediately when he arrived and get it done sooner. He listened to my concerns about chemical exposure for my kids and recommended suitable adaptations. He was always on time and clearly an expert in his work. He also answered a dozen of my questions, cheerfully and kindly -- even when doing the heat treatment during a 100-degree heatwave! He clearly loves his work and he and Joyce were both the most excellent representation of Braman you could hope for.

I would definitely recommend Braman to my community should anyone else need expert, cheerful help. I couldn't have asked for anything more and they made absolutely the best out of an otherwise difficult experience.
