We had a rodent issue in one of our rentals. Jake came out and did the inspection, explaining our options and making suggestions. We spent a little more to add insulation under the floor, a service I didn't know Eastside Exterminators provided.
Kendric came and did the remediation which included pouring a new crawlspace door pad, which looks excellent. He was prompt, professional and proficient, and was done with the work in less than one day.
