The tech/service person who comes to the house might be good BUT the salesperson who came to my house has been so rude that he does not/has not returned my phone call. Also, I have to explain and explain over and over again because CORRECT information is not passed along to those who need it. I've yet to hear from someone to trap the squirrel(s) in my attic. BAD BAD service. Would not recommend this company. Have to see much better service than I've seen thus far.
