So far, we have been very pleased with Home Paramount. Customer service was excellent beginning with the person who originally answered the phone and scheduled an inspection within hours. Tony was also very professional and contacted me immediately after seeing my rental townhouse and followed up with scheduling treatment. My hope now is that the problem has been addressed and this will be resolved.
