The moment I called I knew by the people I spoke with that I was calling the right company. Tim Nece was the first person to came and do the inspection and is one of the most compassionate and truly caring person I have dealt with in a long time ! He has gone out of his way to calm my fears and make sure I understand each step to come, he has also come to re-check work that was done and is so dedicated to his craft and to making sure I feel better about the problem. Max was also awesome and worked for several hours getting every space closed up and removing disgusting things from the roof space. I had a negative thing happen on today's visit and was quite upset and Tim came AFTER work and spent time correcting the situation even though he did not create the problem. I am so impressed with the work ethic that is evident at Eastside and the quality people that have been to my home. The one negative person is being taken to task and does not change my impression of the fantastic, caring team at Eastside Exterminators and the help they are giving me.
