We have been with Terminix 6 yrs at new building and not sure at old building, but it has been a long time. My only thought for improvement may be in spray training. Not sure the wand is at maximum spray for maximum coverage. Walter works well with us and we have a good relationship with him. The office has been very responsive as well.
