I experienced very bad service with scheduling on 2 occasions. I ran home only to be told my service person was scheduled later that day. Both appointments were by phone. The technicians are good, but the office not so much. I discussed the matter with management and was told that I would receive credit on my invoice, but was billed the regular amount.
