Jeremy performed our annual termite inspection and our quarterly pest treatment. He thoroughly inspected our crawl space( which you can stand erect in many places) and took at least 10 samples of joists. No evidence of termite activity. Dryness of wood was in the excellent range. (we have a dehumidifier in that space). He then performed the pest treatment throughout the crawl space and then outside perimeter. He also used the long bruch to wipe away spider webs.
