Some of the bugs are gone. I'm still seeing carpenter ants.

I am not interested in having windows sealed with Solar Seal. I'm still recovering from nasal passages being burned from breathing that stuff.
I am interested in getting rid of the carpenter ants if you can help me with that.

On the one hand, the exterminator who came to our house was not nearly as pleasant as the estimator, and he balked at cleaning the cobwebs from between the storm windows and the regular windows, a service that the estimator had promised. In treating the windows, he sometimes carelessly allowed the chemicals to drip on clothing that was near the windows. I am worried about possible toxic contamination in other places he treated when I was not watching.

On the other hand, the exterminator patiently answered our questions and conducted his own investigation of the primary sites of infestation.

The gentleman that came didn’t know where to spray. The service person should have an outline of where they are spraying. Was suppose to do under house and had to be told to do so. Company was also supposed to remove webs and they are still at the door going under house. If he did under there he would have seen.
