I was not very pleased to have my inspection done while out of town. This was not scheduled by me and was very surprised when I received the inspection report. I did not have a chance to speak to the technician regarding the report.

A very nice Terminix man arrived at my house. His work was very thorough, and he gave me a really fine explanation of his findings re. the house crawl space. He answered all questions and seems very smart. His work really couldn't have been done better. I hope he can return here for future Terminix appointments. Joanne Hamilton He has my 5 star rating.

Two visits. The second tech didn't really know why the first tech set up the call. He thought I had called back. The bug problem has gotten worse instead of better. Two guests have complained. It's been really embarrassing. I've asked to cancel the contract for a refund. No response.

Very pleased with the service. I have seen about 10 bugs inside (spider and a light brown bug that can stretch his body looks kind of like a beetle of some sort with long legs, and a new brown bug) and about 2 outside (that beetle bug and a smokey brown)

good morning, I am happy with Dustin that came out, he really didn't do anything because I didn't need anything done, no spraying or anything.. which he didn't do so he gets stars in my book.. now what ticked me off was they took it apo themselves to charge my debit card without my permission after I got a bi in my email, they HD already charged my card before I got the bill, when I called terminix to say something about this and did wrong about using my card, I kinda got an attitude and she hung up on me.. normally I have no problem with terminix they r actually really good, I like them a lot, they need to work on there phone personala little bit more.. sincerely, rio.

Yes and no. I haven’t seen any water bugs since the initial spraying, but the wasp/hornet situation has yet to be solved. I did appreciate the crawl space assessment very much and am in the process of deciding what to do about it. Everyone I’ve had contact with is friendly and nice.

They are absolutely great! Our terminix guy (James Lee) is like a Nutcracker prince who saves me from the mouse king-and also from snakes, monster NC roaches and all other insect horrors that come with living next to Duke Forest. Seriously, ever since James started taking care of our house (we have monthly service) the pest situation has been drastically better!
