Terminix is always very responsive and reliable. Their staff go out of their way to accommodate me any time they are on my property. I have never had an issue in the last 10 years that Terminix was not able to resolve for me. My home would not be as safe, clean of unwanted insects of all kinds, and a pleasure to live in without Terminix. Thank you for all your past service to my home.

I am very, very, dissatisfied with the communication service with Terminix. The Robo calls initiated by Terminix are about as reliable as actually talking to a representative. My days of waiting 20+ minutes waiting to speak to a representative are over. I will absolutely refuse to renew another contract with Terminix until I actually meet with a human being from the company and iron the customer/company communication gap.

Dear Sir,
I want to get right to the point. I am not happy with the way the vapor barrier was installed in my crawl space. Next, I am not happy with the work in my attic as well.
First, the vapor barrier is not air tight and moisture resistant in my crawl space. The vapor barrier was intentionally not extended a few inches (6” minimum, 12 inches recommended) up the wall and sealed with tape or fasteners. The vapor barrier is along the sides of my crawl space walls in a couple of spots on the wall but was not secured/taped to the wall. The barrier should have been evenly placed across my crawl space floor with overlapping seams at least 12 inches throughout the process. This was not done in my crawl space. The vapor barrier should have been extended up the walls in my crawl space a few inches and sealed with high quality tape.
Second, prior to laying the vapor barrier, the standing water in my crawl space was not addressed due to the fact that the Pop Up for the Sump Pump was installed almost 2-weeks after the vapor barrier was put on my crawl space floor. We have had several days of heavy rains recently and I am not pleased with dampness in my crawl space. Especially along the sides of the walls.
Third, I am disappointed with the workmanship in my attic for several reasons. (1.) All the old installation was not removed. My agreement clearly states that “Terminix will remove all old insulation and debris in the attic” primarily the insulation. This was not done even thought I made this crystal clear to Zac. Yet, I was completely ignored. This should have included the removal of any old R19 insulation between the few joists in my attic. I mentioned this to Zac no less than 3-times. (2) I clearly stated my desire to pay for and have my attic sanitized at a cost of $500.00. Zac and I agreed to that price at my kitchen counter. The agreement also stated that Benefect fogger would be used in my attic. This didn’t happen. Therefore, my attic wasn’t sanitized nor was Benefect used. (3) During the initial inspection, I was informed of the evidence all the critters and rodents had been in my attic. Yet, there was nothing to prevent their return to my attic. This is why I decided to sign a pest control agreement with Terminix. I was never shown where there may have been a point of entry od rodents, and critters entry into my attic. This was never addressed.
My contract agreement was for over $18,400. I have 2 more installments in the amount of $2,693.01. I will NOT be making another installment if my issues are not addressed. I am talking about the workmanship in my crawl space, or should I say, the lack thereof, that I have outlined. If my concerns are not addressed in 30-days, from the date of this complaint, I will hire your competitor to do the work in a professional manner to my satisfaction, period.
I will also cancel any and all existing agreements with Terminix as well, to include quarterly termite and pest control inspections. I am very disappointed and not pleased. I have not gotten my money’s worth. You have my contact information. I hope we can work this out to my satisfaction. I am not asking for much. I simply want and deserve what I have over-paid for with the utmost workmanship bestowed from a company that has been in business over 90 years. I look forward to your response ASAP.

The issue that we hired Terminix to address for has not been resolved, and we have experienced higher instances of gnats, seen other bugs snd insects and have had some instances of water bugs, so we are unsure of whether or not we will continue the service and treatment which has not seen to address the issue.

The first three days the workers came late and they only worked four hours
They told me they could not complete the job because one of them was on jury duty and they could not come back until the following week which means the job was delayed almost 2 weeks
Bell Cow finished the door on Monday and now it is Wednesday. I have not heard anything from the company for the inspection.
I have been waiting an additional week or longer for the re-spray and I am overcome at night with bugs. It is like they are breeding
I have three generations of roaches and several other kinds of bugs now. I can’t get my dishwasher fixed.
I certainly will not be making any payments until everything is completed. I am not pleased.

Since being "invaded" by Yellow Jackets located in the wall of our home and a husband who's somewhat allergic to their sting; we decided to find a reputable exterminating service that we were familiar with thru advertising and longevity of serving the public. This is where Terminix came in. Glad we selected them, from the initial inspection to determine the best "route" to take, to the Branch Manager coming out to actually do the exterminating!! Note: He covered for employee with family emergency. This impressed us as Management taking the job to help their staff and the customer. That's where Branch Manager Richard Jackson came in. He did an outstanding job!!! Friendly, punctual and "geared" to get the job done. They're Gone Now!! We are so pleased, we even signed on for quarterly exterminating!! Thanks again Terminix. Dear Richard;

Good morning. It was a pleasure to meet you last month. I hope all is well.

This note is in regards to a Terminix invoice dated 05/05/2025 and arrived in our mailbox yesterday, May 23, 2025. As we discussed when I signed the contract, the payment in full would be due upon completion of the project. That invoice is premature.

As I mentioned during the inspection in early May, the crawlspace door became increasingly difficult to open since its installation in early April. When you tried opening it, you also noticed that it was jamming. During that inspection, you agreed that Terminix would fix that door or install a more robust door before we considered the job completed and that Terminix would contact us within the next few weeks. Please consider whether it would be more reliable to fix or replace a custom door or to buy a standard door on-line and to build a custom frame around it. I will leave that decision to your best judgement. Our main concern is that this door be easily functional over the lifetime of the product. You also mentioned that the door could be replaced without me being present and I requested that I be on-site for that job.

I have yet to hear from Terminix or you about the next steps to fix or replace that door. As you know, we receive many junk phone calls and tend to answer only those numbers that we are familiar with. Monday morning 5/19/2025, a Terminix representative came and the $180 treatment was done.
I was told someone would come out and do the snake away repellent treatment for additional $52 per our agreement. I have not received a call nor have anyone come to my resident to honor the agreement.
Please let me know be how this breach of service will be resolved; when the $52 will refunded.

I was so impressed with your employee, Brian, when he came to perform the scheduled treatment of my home. Brian had such a pleasant attitude. More importantly, he is very knowledgeable about pest treatment. Brian was able to enlighten me about the importance of how frequently the rodent traps in my attic need to be changed. Brian was also willing and patient to answer all my questions. Terminix has benefited greatly by having Brian as an employee.

I have two (2) contracts with Terminix, one (1) for termites and one (1) for rodents and pests. These contracts generate four (4) quarterly visits each for an aggregate of eight (8) annual visits. I do not wish to be subjected to eight (8) ratings reviews; you may rest assured that I will contact you if I deem any visit to be less than satisfactory. NO more surveys please.
