I am very pleased with the company and service. Dependable, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The two men that I met did an excellent job with explaining the service and serving my home. I am a senior citizen both of them took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about the company and service. We truly need more people like the two staff people I met in every company. Yes and no. I haven’t seen any water bugs since the initial spraying, but the wasp/hornet situation has yet to be solved. I did appreciate the crawl space assessment very much and am in the process of deciding what to do about it. Everyone I’ve had contact with is friendly and nice.

They are absolutely great! Our terminix guy (James Lee) is like a Nutcracker prince who saves me from the mouse king-and also from snakes, monster NC roaches and all other insect horrors that come with living next to Duke Forest. Seriously, ever since James started taking care of our house (we have monthly service) the pest situation has been drastically better!

This is a review of the bedbug service that Terminix has performed for us. The good part, and the only good part was the outstanding helpfulness and responsiveness shown by our inspector/sales rep Richard Hatherill. He did everything possible to achieve a positive outcome, which, unfortunately was not the result.

The bedbug treatment was unsatisfactory, as we are now facing the same problem, and have been since 10 days after the guarantee period (I should have earlier questioned a skimpy 30 day guarantee for a $1,100+ service). I find myself trying to combat a bedbug problem with a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine and no real skills, with little to no assurance that I will have any lasting success. I spent a solid two weeks of intensive preparation for the treatment, which turned out to be wasted work,.
