As a real estate agent, I have seen many companies do termite inspections. Signature Pest was one of the most thorough termite pest inspection and detailed reports that I have seen. Their worker showed up "ontime" (early) and was ready to get to work immediately. He really took his time and went over every square inch of the property with diligence. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a detailed inspection. Their follow up and follow through is also something that should be mentioned because it is exceptional. They are an excellent company to deal with!
