Bill's Home Service has been a great help to me. Started with getting rid of big packrates - those critters are an awfully destructive pest. Bill's treatment worked right away - and two big packrats were caught. Have not had any problems with rats since then. Bill's Home Service comes every other month and keeps track of visiting mice.
