It took 3 days for Newport Ex to respond to a request by Seabreeze - property manager for Chandon HOA in Laguna Niguel. This was a complaint about swarming bees.

Ultimately, Newport Ex was unable to resolve the problem. It would have been better service if Newport had advised us the day of the call that Newport was unable to handle this kind of situation.
