The company responded to my inquiry promptly and was able to send someone within a day or two. (I didn't have an emergency.) The technician was right on time. He was friendly and helpful, explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. The results will take some time, but I signed up for the annual plan where they come out every couple of months to set traps. I live in a semi-rural area where mice are an issue and need to be kept after. Two of my neighbors use their services and one has told me I should have been doing this as soon as I moved in.
