I have always been happy with your company and used your company for 8 or more years. I had been seeing a lot of ants and called for a callback to treat the ants. I was told my quarterly service was next month, did I want to do it early and I said no. I don’t recall ever previous doing a callback; it’s not like I do it all the time. When the tech came he gave my husband a hard time about spraying the perimeter. He said he’s only to spray 1area. So yesterday I got a bill for quarterly service. I’m very upset, I’m not going to pay it, as it was a callback.
