Your Co. and serviceman normally very friendly and helpful. But I was not happy with the most recent work done at property at the beginning of Sept. Because I found mice droppings, a lot of them in one storage room in one of the bedroom, and did not have enough time to do improvement yet. When summer people moving out by 8/31/21 ,I contacted your Company and the service called me back, I asked him , FOR SEPTEMBER QUARTERLY SERVICE, PLEASE GO TO THE HOUSE BETWEEN 9/01 TO 9/06 BEFORE 2PM TO CHECK THE ENTIRE HOUSE . DURING THIS PERIOD THERE'S NO ONE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE. SO HE WAS ABLE TO CHECK THE PROBLEM BEDROOM AND HOUSE THOROUGHLY.

HE PROMISED BUT THE INVOICE I RECEIVED FOR SEP. SERVICE WAS DATED 9/16/21.

I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. SO I ENCLOSED A NOTE WITH THE PAYMENT CHECK. NO ONE RESPONDED AS OF TODAY. 10/13/21.
