I received this service not quite a year installation of a new HVAC, i have called more than several times because AC nor heat is working right. I set the thermostat at 70 and it continuously reads at 75. So 10 months later I called now they want to charge me to come to my home to fix a problem that has never been fixed. The last worker that came here 2 months ago told me the fan was only blowing as he claimed he fixed it. Now I"m going over their heads because I am not paying for them to fix a problem that was never fixed. They were referral by Lowes.
