I feel bad leaving this review because the staff and gentleman that went to perform work sounded like good people. Unfortunately the job was not completed due to weather which i understand but after several calls and false promises of them going to finish it i have yet to see it being done. I still have a pest problem with spiders and cockroaches. Its been a week or two and no one has gone to finish the job. Ive made contact with the gentleman and receptionist Nora which sounds nice by the way but no one has gone. I already have a bill from my warranty on top of the issue. Customer service is good but follow up and delivery of service is bad.
