Waited a few days for a circuit board to be repaired which is to be expected however I was charged $820 for 2.5 hours of labor and the part. Part is $190 anywhere online. So, $731 for the part and installation plus the $89 Diag Charge (Diag charge I'm OK with). Called to discuss the charge and was told basically the flat rate is the flat rate pay me. Buy the way the $820 was after a 25% discount for being a maintenance plan customer with them. $292.00 an hour for labor?? Never again Robin Aire. Furnace is 20 years old so guess who will not be getting the $10,000 replacement job when it eventually will be needed. Side note: Tech was great and did exactly what he needed to do to replace the part. No complaints with the tech.
