The service gal was great, very knowledgable and experienced. I appreciated being able to send in a picture and have it analyzed.
The weak link is communication. After working in an office over 50 yrs., I have learned the importance of communication! I was happy to be flexible and have my appointment at either 11 or 3. But please let me know what worked out. client may have other plans/ appointments!
