The technician did not arrive within the scheduled timeframe and did not call to give an update. He left a sign that said he serviced the exterior which is not possible as there is nothing to service in the front yard and there is no access to the back yard. The whole appointment needs to be rescheduled. I will not be paying the invoice until the service has been rendered.
