The first service was good. Also effective. I havent seen any live bugs. However, the second service was supposed to be done in a window of 5pm-7pm on a weekday. I got home from work at 4:57 to a note on my door that said “sorry we missed you, we only did the outside” and they were gone. I called and the customer service woman said that the technician finished another call early so he got to my house early. This is why he “missed me” I would have preferred to have both the inside and outside done without having to arrange another appointment. I was there during the time window and he had left. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
