The technician was great and knew his stuff.l although he came after the time window they had given me. He told me I had to pay right away and in the future I would be billed. My wife had set this up and spoke to someone who told us the service would be $195. He charged me $100 more. He said he didn’t have our past history, which they had when both my wife and I spoke to someone at your company but he said the history was deleted. (We just bought the home a couple months back). Anyway, I would like to be credited the additional amount I was charged. You have my email and cell. Please let me know.
