We are happy with the quarterly service. The annual termite inspection has been a major problem. They did the outside inspection at the end/beginning of 2021. The inside inspection has been scheduled on 4 different days, all no shows by Home P, the last being yesterday morning. No calls, no follow up--just don't show up. We are considering changing service due to the inconvenience.
