My experience with this company so far has been excellent. Joe who took my call was efficient and knowledgeable and Kevin the technician was very thorough spending about an hour checking all areas of my home putting bait stations in the garage, basement and loft. He found and blocked 1 possible mouse entry point and found evidence of mice in the loft space. Although not cheap it was good value, especially since they include follow up for a 6 month period. I don't yet know if my mouse problem is fixed (Kevin only came here yesterday) but I'm confident it will be. I was impressed and am considering signing up for an annual plan with this company.
