All the whole a very good experience. Generally satisfied with the professionalism demonstrated during inspection, the explanation of what action appeared to be needed, and the work itself. Crew was excellent, discovering that original plan need not be fully implemented due to the residential foundation design that couldn't be readily identified during the inspection. As such, an adjustment to the original estimate was made that was appropriate and fair. However, due to a clerical error, the final billing failed to reflect the down payment provided prior to commencing the project. Called office, they apologized for the error and immediately reissued a corrected final invoice.
