Preston was very nice considering I was a bit frazzled from having blowflies in my home for the last 48 hours then working an 12 hour shift. He listened to my concerns, checked out a couple of areas that I had forgotten about when I made the appointment, and took the time to reassure me that it wouldn't be a problem. He offered to lock up for me after spraying and took his time to make sure it was done properly (maybe 20 minutes from the time he started). I found 3 flies (the mess started out that way before so I had a mild panic attack) after that made me call again and Aimee reassured me the spray was still working, but someone would be out if needed after the 28th day if needed. That was a little over 28 days ago, and there have been no "uninvited guests" since. Hopefully, I don't need them again anytime soon - but they are in my contacts list just in case. They were all SO MUCH nicer than the local competition. No problems with a morning appointment or talking to a woman with a basic knowledge of bug behavior.
