Not sure how to answer. I never see anyone do anything. The report is light on describing activity performed. I would like to see more details like “ Sprayed entire foundation, sprayed all deck posts that touch ground both on front and rear decks. Sprayed underneath perimeter of front porch and rear deck. Sprayed underneath soffits where insect nests typically are found”.

In the past we had issues with yellow jackets under our front porch and inside the house where access was from an opening in a soffit junction in the rear of the house. I think getting charged $200 for a service warrants a more detailed report. Other than that, we do feel that insects have been controlled as we didn’t see much activity as we have in the past.
