I knew when I contacted Safeguard and spoke to Frank, we would be taken care of. Sure enough met Mario our technician a few days later and our issues were resolved. We have 2 dogs, which were put in a pen area while the treatment occurred. We appreciate the professionalism that Mario provides. It says alot about the company...trust them. I do!!
