We're now 18 months into service provided by Economy Pool. Recently, after several months of marginal service and a very recent episode where the technician did not enter the pool area, then left without doing anything, I spent time talking to Alex, Stephanie and Shane and I have been assured that the next service will be done by a new technician, and all will be corrected. Based on my conversations with those able people, I am confident that will be case - stay tuned...
