YES, YES and YES.. We have been using McCall (Nelson's) since 12/2018 when we moved to FLA. In Nov 2019 we unfortunately were infested with fleas. Gary was our savior.. He explained what needs to be done, did it, and called the next day to follow up.. He also came back the following week to make sure we were okay.. McCall comes to our house every 3 months unless we have a issue.. Would highly recommend there services.. Very Professional.....
