We've been customers for 17 years and overall we're satlsfied. Lately, we've found that we have a number of spiderwebs everywhere. On the house which we thought were attended to and just overall in the bushes and trees. Since our dog passed in December, we haven't had much contact with the technician. Before we'd have to be home to let the dog in, but now the technician just comes and goes without needing to touch base with us. We used to have. the 1st a.m. appt so that we'd be home, and now they come usually when we're gone. We haven't had any pests inside our house which is wonderful and telling us that the service is working.
