We were but we never know when the property have been serviced. We never see Nuisance Wildlife Rangers and when we call a wild ago because we were having bird nuisance at the court yard last year we never got a return call. We are wondering if we should cancel the suppose quarterly Pest Control. Only when the bills come is that we remember we have this service.
